Currently no we offer online purchase only at Yokami. Like others online shop you have to pay us in advance then we can process your order.

No. We do not add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, is your responsibility to find out local taxes regulation about import goods from China. Dropshipper please notice this to your buyer to avoid any inconvenience.

1st. we offer online selling only currently to avoid high rental, 2nd. we deal direct from China manufacturers and have good support from them, 3rd. This is our shop policy to offer our user or customer with low price.

Where do I get support/firmware upgrade ?
All support can forward to us at Yokami. You are advice not to upgrade or flash the firmware if the device working fine. Most of our product is already shipped with the most up-to-date firmware and it is not necessary for you to flash the firmware, and we do not provide firmware downloads or updates. If you flash your player firmware incorrectly, which is too easy to do, you will probably KILL your device.
Please note: If you disable your device through attempting to flash the firmware, this will void your warranty. Do not flash/upgrade your device as the device already most up to date.
