How to buy online at Yokami

For new user please register a free account here, after register a customer account you can buy online now.

Add the items to your shopping cart and than proceed to checkout, select your shipping address and shipper, the system will show you the total amount include shipping cost. Finalize the total amount and continue to checkout to make the payment. We will update your order status in 24 hours after confirm your payment.

Shipping cost

At Yokami we offer several shippers for select and we able to ship WORLDWIDE, currently we offer FedEx, DHL, EMS, China Post and some local courier service(mainland customer only). There are minimum charges apply to all these shipper which is 0.5kg per shipment, mean that even your order item is less than 0.5kg we will charge 0.5kg shipping cost, this is why sometimes the order item is very small but the shipping cost is high. Try combimes ship your order to save the shipping cost, more items ship in once more you will save because the shipping rate will go down very much for bulk shipping.

Payment methods

We accpet worldwide major credit/debit card via Paypal. Payment by Paypal will instant update payment result, while others payment method you need to notice us the payment information and your order number.

Order status

Our system will update you by email when your order status change, once you place order yo will receive a notify email showing the detail of your order with "pending" status, after success payment by credit/debit card or Paypal the status will update to "confirmed". After confirmed payment the order status will update to "processing", in this status your order is in processing and schedule to dispatch in 4-7 business days. After sent out the order we will update you the shipment information include the online tracking number to track your shipment online and your order will update to status "shipped". More order status .. "checking" mean waiting for payment confirmation form our finance dpt, "cancel" and "refund" mean order cancel and payment refunded.

Cancel order and refund

For order in status in "Processing" there are no restocking fee. For "Shipped" status we reserve the right to charge a 20% total amount include shipping cost restocking fees and refund only when we confirm receipt the return item back to us, all shipping cost and send back to us cost is not refundable. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a store credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees.

Warranty

All our products cover with 12 months warranty and 1 month for battery. The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial consignee. In the case of resellers, this is when the vendor receives the goods fromYokami.
